Shipping Rates

We offer competitive shipping rates for all our handcrafted products:

  • Free Shipping: Orders $199 and above (within the continental United States)
  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 for orders under $199
  • Express Shipping: $24.99 (2-3 business days)
  • International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note that handcrafted items may require additional processing time. If your order includes custom or made-to-order items, we will notify you of the expected processing time.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 0-7 business days (standard), 2-3 business days (express)
  • Canada: 0-7 business days
  • International: 0-10 business days depending on destination

Please note these are estimated times and actual delivery may vary based on shipping carrier performance and customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote areas may not be accessible or may incur additional shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging all our products. However, if your item arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund

For lost packages, please contact us if your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
