At pqArt, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted resin artisan products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Period

  • Resin Products: 6-month return period from the date of delivery
  • Other Products: 1-month return period from the date of delivery

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the defect.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exception: If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
